Planning an event?
“INCLUSION WAS NEVER MEANT TO BE ONE PERSON'S JOB.”
-Kamana Khadka
For most of my career, I was the only person carrying inclusion inside the organizations I served. If I wasn't doing the work, it didn't get done.
Then my department was eliminated. One program survived: the Culture Champions network I had built across 100+ locations in 25+ states. It survived because the capability lived in the leaders, not in me.
You can eliminate a program.
You cannot eliminate a capability.
People spend more time at work than they do at home, and what happens at work follows them home. I want workplaces where people grow, belong and are developed by the leaders around them. That is what I bring to your stage.
Kamana
the work can’t live with one person anymore
budgets have shifted
When a department or a budget disappears, culture work has to live in how leaders already lead.
pressure pulls leaders backwards
In two recent leadership cohorts Kamana led, 43% and 46% of leaders said that under pressure they would shield their team and do the work themselves.
managers are stretched
Competing priorities push culture work down the list unless it is part of how leaders already lead.

The Inclusion Multiplier: how leaders build cultures that compound
Organizations invest in training, culture initiatives and committed champions. Yet progress often depends on the same few people carrying the work. What happens when those people leave? Kamana knows firsthand. Her own department was eliminated, and the network she built was the only program left standing. She gives every leader in the room a way to build that same capability in their own teams.
What your audience takes back to work
Spot the dependency. See where progress depends on individual champions and where leadership learning stops with one person.
Make the shift practical. Apply five capabilities to performance, decisions, difficult conversations, systems and talent development.
Start a multiplication chain. Leave with a 7-day challenge: one person, one capability and one meaningful transfer of leadership.
Formats: 45 to 60 minute keynote, 75 to 90 minute interactive keynote, or a half-day workshop.
